Cardio Floor

Our Cardio Floor will give you a great cardiovascular workout. But instead of just having you grind it out on the typical machines, we make it interesting for you. Along with the usual suspects, we have lots of non-conventional devices — like outrigger and kayaking paddling ergometers, individual bike trainers, step mills, and a trampoline — to get your heart pumping.

Intermittent Hypoxic Training (IHT)

If you are planning to go up into the "thin air," IHT will get you ready. By simulating the hypoxic air at high altitudes, this training device can pre-acclimate you to the conditions you're headed for. And it will help you enhance your lean body mass and reduce body fat, while it boosts your performance.

Resistance Floor

You'll find only the best free weights and variable resistance exercise equipment on our floor. And we've got a full array of both. Plus, there's plenty of floor space and extra room you can use for stretching, yoga, or other exercises.

Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT)

If you suffer from muscular imbalances and weakness — which can lead to inefficient orthopedic function, pain, and impeded injury recovery — then MAT will get you back on track. A systematic approach to identifying and treating muscular imbalances and weakness, MAT can help you increase joint stability, improve joint mobility, and decrease musculo-skeletal pain.
